Riverview is by far the most advanced hospital in the area and is known for its high quality facilities and care. Our state-of-the-art Heart and Vascular Center features 2 fully digital cath labs and a pacemaker/defib lab. We are the first healthcare facility in the area to have available for all of our patients a 64-slice CT scanner and we are the first facility to install a patient archiving communication system (PACS) which allows your physician to view all digital radiology reports via a web based program. We have a newly renovated Emergency Department with electronic documentation that will enhance the documentation of nurses and physicians. Our Heartburn Treatment Center is the only one in Northeast Alabama that offers Bravo, a catheter free system for testing reflux.
